Welcome!
You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, weighed down by worry, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, coping with chronic health concerns, or trying to hold everything together while feeling exhausted inside.
It can be hard to find space that is truly your own.
I’m Dr. Chinwe Madu, PharmD, CSWA, a Clinical Social Work Associate providing personalized online mental health therapy for adults ages 25 to 64 throughout Oregon.
I practice under the supervision of a licensed Clinical Social Worker, as required by the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers.

My Services
I offer online mental health therapy in a safe, welcoming space where your whole self is invited in: your thoughts, emotions, and the ways stress and ease show up in your body.
Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. We will gently explore what has been feeling heavy or overwhelming, as well as what brings you a sense of comfort, meaning, and possibility.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
I use somatic-informed, mindfulness-based, and polyvagal-informed approaches, which means we pay attention to your breath and nervous system, and to how your body holds stress, safety, and connection, not just to your thoughts.
Core areas I support
-
Stress, overwhelm, and burnout
-
Anxiety, chronic worry, and overthinking
-
Mood changes, depression, or feeling "stuck"
-
Major life transitions (career, relationships, caregiving, relocation)
-
Chronic illness and chronic pain
-
Challenges with focus, organization, and follow-through (including ADHD-related concerns)
Additional concerns I work with
-
Self-esteem, self-worth, and body image
-
Sleep difficulties and insomnia
-
Hormonal shifts and related mood changes
-
The ongoing emotional impact of chronic health conditions
In our work together, you can expect kindness, curiosity, and practical support.
We will build on the strengths and wisdom you already carry, while adding simple, body-based tools, mindful awareness practices, and breath-based strategies to help your mind and nervous system feel a bit more settled, supported, and connected in daily life.
I draw from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology.
My goal is to help you develop simple, usable skills, a stronger sense of resilience, and more self-compassion, so you can move through life with greater clarity and a bit more ease day to day.
